Excerpts from Bylaws
Members of the club shall consist of those persons who are elected to membership by the board of directors. A individual member or must be 15 years of age or older. All members between the ages of 15 and 18 years must obtain their parent’s or guardian’s signature. Dues are $12 a year for individuals and $15 a year for a family to be paid in full by the first day of May each year. The annual meeting will be held in June to include voting for the directors of the club. Each member shall have one vote for each vacancy. Directors shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Quarm shall consist of the members present at any regular meeting. There shall be no voting by proxy.
